Painting & Insulation Engineer

Join our dynamic team as a Painting Insulation Engineer, where you will play a crucial role in the energy sector, ensuring the integrity and efficiency of insulation and painting systems. This is an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects in Nanterre, France, with a focus on delivering high-quality engineering solutions.

Role Overview

  • Develop Painting Specifications and Insulation Specifications.

  • Review Vendor Documents: Painting Procedure, FQCP, ITP.

  • Perform Material Take Off Activities of painting and insulation systems applicable to piping.

  • Clarify with Process discipline design and operating conditions to confirm selection of applicable painting & insulation systems.

  • Manage interfaces with Engineering Disciplines and QCS to address Vendor Queries & Deviation requests.

  • Participate in meetings with Clients and Partners.

  • Produce quality deliverables.

  • Report on activities performed on a weekly basis to the Materials & Welding Lead on the assigned Project.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Fluent in English.

  • Strong knowledge of insulation techniques and painting processes.

  • Good knowledge of applicable codes & standards related to painting and insulation.

  • Self-managing, dynamic, and responsive.

  • Excellent teamwork and inter-personal skills.

Education & Experience

  • MSc Degree in Materials Engineering or Chemistry.

  • 5 - 10 years’ experience in engineering or site activities in the painting & insulation field.

Pay & Benefits

  • Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

  • Full-time contract with a duration of 12 months, renewable.
