Our client is a newly formed Independent offshore operating company and are recruiting for a Payroll Administrator, where you will support the Payroll Advisor in accurate and timely payroll processing.
Role Overview
- Payroll Coordination: Collaborate with the outsourced payroll provider for accurate and timely payroll delivery.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to tax, social security, and other statutory requirements.
- Employee Support: Address payroll-related queries and provide guidance on payslips and deductions.
- Reward Support (Desirable): Assist with employee benefits programs and annual compensation reviews.
Skills & Qualifications
- Payroll Knowledge: Understanding of payroll processes and relevant legislation.
- Outsourced Provider Experience: Proven experience working with outsourced payroll providers.
- Attention to Detail: Strong numerical accuracy and detail-oriented approach.
- MS Excel Proficiency: Competent in using MS Excel for data management.
- HRIS/Payroll Software Familiarity: Experience with HRIS or payroll software.
Education & Experience
- Qualifications: Previous experience in payroll administration or a similar role is essential.
- Experience: Demonstrated experience in payroll processing, legislation and compliance.
