Join our dynamic HSE team as a Permit to Work Coordinator and play a pivotal role in ensuring safety and compliance within the Oil & Gas sector. Role Overview
- Deliver HSE induction and training to ensure the effective implementation of Life Saving Rules on operational sites.
- Conduct HSE inspections on internal and subcontractors’ activities.
- Monitor the effective implementation of the Permit to Work system on site.
- Keep updated HSE procedures and reports for each task.
- Spread HSE rules, standards, procedures, and bulletins on site.
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety risk assessments and prepare Job Safety Analysis during operations.
- Control compliance of equipment utilized on site.
- Prepare and administer HSE KPIs for operational activities.
- Assist in the investigation of accidents and analyze trends to propose necessary corrective measures.
- Monitor and maintain control measures in the use of hazardous materials.
- Supervise environmental aspects on site, supporting key personnel.
Skills & Qualifications
- HSE Expertise: Strong knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations and practices.
- Document Control: Proficient in managing and maintaining documentation related to HSE procedures and reports.
- Risk Assessment: Ability to conduct thorough safety risk assessments and Job Safety Analysis.
- Inspection Skills: Experience in conducting inspections on various activities, both internal and subcontracted.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Leadership: Capable of leading daily PTW coordination meetings and training sessions.
Education & Experience
- Experience: 10-15 years as a Permit to Work Officer or similar role within the Oil & Gas industry.
