Coordinate with offshore execution teams, operations, and contractors to drive safe, efficient Brownfield, Shutdown, Hook-Up, and Commissioning execution, delivering operational excellence during offshore phases.

The role forms part of a large offshore compression development program, involving delivery of new offshore facilities (multiple riser and wellhead platforms, structural modifications, subsea and topside tie-ins) and modifications to numerous existing platforms.

This position requires strong Piping & Structural technical leadership to drive EPC contractors and subcontractors through Hook-Up, Brownfield SIMOPS, and Shutdown preparation and execution.

Maintain continuous coordination with Offshore Execution and Operations teams during SIMOPS, Brownfield, and Hook-Up activities. The role requires effective communication, flexibility, and collaboration across multiple internal and external interfaces, including EPC and specialist contractors.

Participate in daily offshore coordination meetings (Safety, PTW coordination, etc.) during execution. Ensure contractor activities fully comply with offshore rules, safety requirements, quality standards, and asset integrity obligations.

Ensure sufficient, balanced, and competent offshore resources are deployed to support Hook-Up and Brownfield execution in line with planning and schedule requirements.

Ensure consistency, quality, and effectiveness of offshore Brownfield and Hook-Up execution processes, procedures, and deliverables, in line with established execution and commissioning standards.

The role is based offshore, with limited onshore periods for training and scope preparation. Rotation is 28 days on / 28 days off, with work locations including offshore platforms and marine units per contractor schedule.

Ensure all activities comply with competition laws, anti-trust regulations, and internal governance policies.
