PREAMBLE
The purpose of this specification is to define the conditions for the performance of the services relating to the PLANNING studies to be carried out by the SERVICE PROVIDER as part of the department's activities when responding to Calls for Tenders and, if necessary, in assistance for projects in progress.

Purpose of the service
The SERVICE PROVIDER will carry out the following tasks:
- Monitoring of the EPCI Level 3 project schedule
- Calculation and monitoring of the physical progress of the different packages
- Realization and monitoring of the offshore planning (option)
- Planning support on various topics for the Tender team (option)
BASIC DOCUMENTATION
The basic documents made available by
France to the SERVICE PROVIDER are:
Subsea new comer
General Internal Specification (GSOP)
Progress and Guide line procedures
REQUIRED SKILLS
The studies at the expense of the SERVICE PROVIDER require the following skills:
Experience in planning and controlling oil & gas industrial projects.
Mastery of planning tools.
Mastery of specific software:
PRIMAVERA P6
MICROSOFT OFFICE: EXCEL
MS PROJECT
POWER BI
PROCEDURES - METHODOLOGY
It will be essential to follow the project rules, the Best Practices and the Quality Assurance procedures applicable to this project, in particular with regard to:
- Update of execution schedules
- Calculation of physical advancement
QUALITY OF THE DOCUMENTATION PRODUCED
The documents produced by the SERVICE PROVIDER must be of the quality required for the tasks defined above, in particular:
Technical quality.
Quality of content (in relation to the volume of information on a given document).
Quality in the presentation (in relation to the graphics and the ease of reading of the document produced).
All documents will be written in the language of the contract.
The France operational correspondent for the specialty will be able to carry out all the necessary checks in order to verify the quality of the documents produced and to ensure that deadlines are met without this in any way diminishing the responsibility of the SERVICE PROVIDER.
