Carry out regular and effective Self Verification & Oversight (SV&O) conversations with responsible vendors (as required) and CONTRACTOR and their SUBCONTRACTOR parties’ implementation of preservation, as per approved procedures and process.
Perform periodic inspection of field verification OR implementation of preservation measure, performed by CONTRACTOR and their SUBCONTRACTOR preservation parties’
Verify preservation activities performance establishes a quality preservation and cleanliness regime that will provide assurance that plant and equipment will remain in good condition and operable as all staged throughout the project.
Ensure the Quality Preservation and cleanliness regime is consistently implemented from Supplier Works through Fabrication, Installation, Offshore Hookup, Commissioning, and final handover to Operations
Provide Technical review and input to Vendor (typical SDRL code G20), Contractor Preservation and pipe cleanliness Procedures during Construction and commissioning phase.
Verbal and written reporting of preservation status to teams and line management, including findings and suggested mitigation plans where preservation non conformances occur, as required.
