Role Overview
- Develop safe, high quality engineering solutions independently.
- Resolve complex technical challenges and ensure project deliverables are met.
- Collaborate with global engineering teams and promote knowledge sharing.
- Mentor junior engineers and support discipline capability development.
- Work closely with Discipline Leads/Managers to enhance work processes and quality.
- May act as Discipline Lead for assigned scopes or be designated Technical Expert (TE) / Engineering Method Authority.
Requirements
- 20-25+ years of Oil & Gas experience (mandatory).
- Offshore experience required. FPSO experience is highly preferred.
- Expert in Telecommunications Systems & Architecture.
- Strong analytical and planning capabilities.
- Engineering Diploma in a relevant field.
