Our US client is a global leader in ingredient solutions with diverse portfolio including starch-based texturizers, plant-base proteins, sweeteners, and integrated food systems. They are currently looking for suitable candidates for the Procurement Analyst role based in Thailand.
Job Description:
- The Procurement Analyst will be responsible in supporting the sourcing activities and category
management of Direct OR Indirect category. Key deliverables include strategic planning to managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts, utilizing strategic sourcing and procurement techniques.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies in alignment with business goals.
o Identify and qualify potential suppliers.
o Conduct market research and analysis.
o Manage and negotiate contracts with suppliers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., stakeholders, finance) to ensure procurement aligns with business needs.
- Manage and resolve supplier performance issues.
- Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements:
- Degree Holder in Engineering/relevant studies
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in indirect or direct category procurement
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills in Thai and English
