Procurement and Inventory Assistance
Key Responsibilities:

Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, service, and reliability.
Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues regarding delivery, quality, or pricing.
Identify optimized stock levels and future stock requirements.
Arrange transportation
for equipment movement to support field operation

Used inventory is managed accordingly and properly accounted for in both physical and financial systems.
Coordination and manage inventory checking, equipment and materials tracking, and audit activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or related field.
5 more years’ proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
