Function Overview
Our client is looking for a Procurement Business Analyst with a minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, particularly in Source?to?Procure (S2P) systems or similar technology solutions.
The ideal candidate has solid knowledge of SAP S/4HANA MM and related modules. A Coupa Admin certification is a strong plus.
You will join a small, dynamic team supporting the Coupa S2P solution integrated with SAP. You will provide daily operational support, reporting, and guidance to the Procurement team and internal stakeholders across the company.
Key Responsibilities
System & User Support
Support users of the Coupa solution across Procurement (buyers, back?office, management, controls) and internal clients (requestors, validators, management) as well as ICT teams.
Ensure smooth communication with ICT collaborators on follow?up of business requests and SAP MM configuration.
Maintain data accuracy within Coupa in alignment with SAP.
Reporting & Analytics
Produce recurrent and ad?hoc reporting for Procurement management and other stakeholders (e.g., ESG).
Use Excel and Power BI to deliver high?quality dashboards and insights.
SAP MM Support
Support the SAP MM community with first?line guidance and escalate issues to ICT when required.
Collaborate with experienced team members on SAP-related topics.
Governance, Controls & Documentation
Implement and execute Procurement controls (anti?fraud, internal policies, auditing processes) in collaboration with internal audit.
Contribute to updating Procurement digital manuals, procedures, and documentation.
General Skills
You are:
A native Dutch or French speaker, with good comprehension of the other national language.
Fluent in English
, spoken and written.
An excellent communicator with stakeholders at all levels.
Able to work independently, respecting schedules and deadlines.
Proactive, solution?oriented, and value?driven.
Strong in critical thinking, able to challenge existing processes constructively.
Technical Skills
Mandatory:
Strong knowledge of SAP MM in an SAP S/4HANA environment.
Preferred:
Knowledge of Coupa and/or SAP ECC.
Eagerness to grow expertise in Coupa Spend Management.
Critical mindset to assess and improve ways of working.
Strong skills in Excel and Coupa Analytics.
Structured writing skills (a plus).
Working Environment
Presence in the Company offices at least 3 days per week, per the homeworking policy.
During onboarding, more on?site presence will be required to meet stakeholders and learn the systems.
Remote work on remaining days is possible with a stable internet connection using Teams, Office 365, and mobile tools.
