Mission Context
TotalEnergies has recently acquired an IT solution for managing calls for tenders for technical assistance needs. To support its development, its deployment in subsidiaries and its integration into TotalEnergies' IT ecosystem, the solution's Product Owner's mission consists of:
Responsibility for the solution:
• Carry the overall functional vision of the solution and be the guarantor of the Product in compliance with TotalEnergies' purchasing processes,
• Feed, consolidate and monitor the product roadmap in close collaboration with business representatives,
• Set up and monitor comitology with business representatives,
• Analyze requests and needs for development (challenge and qualify needs),
• Submit and defend TotalEnergies' needs during the comitology to be set up with the publisher,
• Manage validated evolutions, define test scenarios and participate in their end-to-end development
• Implement and monitor KPIs: performance, compliance with purchasing processes and negotiated rates, etc.
• Facilitate exchanges between the various stakeholders
• Contribute to the improvement of the know-how and methodologies of the purchasing business
• Be on the lookout for new publishers and constantly seek to maximize business value for users
• Ensure the central administration of the solution
• Continue integration work with SAP systems
Ensure deployments in the subsidiaries
• Proactively and continuously contact non-deployed subsidiaries
• Organize presentation and demonstration sessions of the solution,
• Coordinate the BUILD of the onboarding of new subsidiaries with the publisher.
User centricity :
• Organize change management and adoption: follow-up of user training, webinars & communities... etc
• Measure adoption and Quality KPIs
• Integrate user feedback into the solution's backlog
• Organize level 1 and 2 support on the associated functional scope, with the objective of outsourcing part of the Level 1 support to TotalEnergies' CSP
Profile / skills
• Professional experience: 5 years minimum in the similar position
• Technical and digital training, preferably engineering schools
• Ability to coordinate projects and activities across multiple teams
• Rigour, analytical and impact study skills
• Good listening, communication and change management skills (cross-functional management)
• Fluency in French and English
• Knowledge of purchasing processes would be a plus
• Knowledge of SAP would be a plus
• Current knowledge of VMS ULYSSE would be a great advantage
