Airswift is searching for an experienced Production Chemistry Engineer to join a major offshore operator in Trinidad & Tobago.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the regional Production Chemistry strategy.
  • Assess production chemistry risks and develop cost?effective mitigation plans.
  • Manage chemical injection systems and chemical utilization programs.
  • Oversee data management, reporting, and performance tracking.
  • Lead root?cause investigations and support HAZID/HAZOP/LOPA processes.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and collaboration with lab and site teams.
  • Act as Contract Accountable Manager for chemical and laboratory services.

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Corrosion Science, or related discipline.
  • 12+ years experience in Production Chemistry or Corrosion Engineering.
  • Experience with mature assets and strong technical depth in chemical selection, optimization, corrosion mechanisms, and lab/field practices.
  • Professional engineer accreditation preferred.
  • Ability to work offshore/onshore as required (TBOSIET).
