Airswift is searching for an experienced Production Chemistry Engineer to join a major offshore operator in Trinidad & Tobago.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the regional Production Chemistry strategy.
- Assess production chemistry risks and develop cost?effective mitigation plans.
- Manage chemical injection systems and chemical utilization programs.
- Oversee data management, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Lead root?cause investigations and support HAZID/HAZOP/LOPA processes.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and collaboration with lab and site teams.
- Act as Contract Accountable Manager for chemical and laboratory services.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Corrosion Science, or related discipline.
- 12+ years experience in Production Chemistry or Corrosion Engineering.
- Experience with mature assets and strong technical depth in chemical selection, optimization, corrosion mechanisms, and lab/field practices.
- Professional engineer accreditation preferred.
- Ability to work offshore/onshore as required (TBOSIET).
