Our client is seeking a Production Lead II (Artificial Lift) to work within their facilities located in Carlsbad, NM on a 12-month assignment (with possibility of extension / becoming permanent).
Responsibilities
Lead and manage artificial lift operations to optimize production efficiency.
Analyze well data to inform engineering decisions and fluid dynamics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective well control.
Implement best practices for fluid flow and dynamics in production processes.
Provide technical guidance on fluid level management and lift types.
Skills & Qualifications
Proficient in interpreting and utilizing well data for operational improvements.
Strong understanding of engineering principles related to well operations.
Expertise in fluid dynamics principles and their application in artificial lift systems.
Knowledge of managing fluid levels in various lift types.
Familiarity with well control techniques and safety protocols.
Education & Experience
High School Diploma
Prior experience in production or artificial lift roles.
