Production Technician
Location: Carlsbad, NM
Schedule: 8/6 rotation (rotating between 2 hitches nights and 2 hitches days)
Man Camp: Yes
Truck: Provided by company
Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years as a Production Technician or Lease Operator.
Required Skills
- Gas Lift Expertise (primary method; rod pump experience not required).
- Strong knowledge of compressor operations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
Additional Requirements
- Must be comfortable with rotating shifts (nights and days).
- Looking for someone enthusiastic, team-oriented, and easy to work with.
