About the role
We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join a project in Portland, Victoria. This is a full-time, onsite role on a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension.
As a Project Engineer, you will:
Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering and procurement activities to ensure safe, efficient, cost-effective, and timely project execution.
Ensure compliance with client-approved design standards and all relevant regulatory and code requirements.
Oversee technical data reviews across multiple engineering disciplines.
Engage directly with the client to ensure successful project delivery and foster strong relationships.
Organize and manage scheduling and cost control processes.
Requirements
4–8 years of experience in project engineering.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Demonstrated experience applying lessons learned and implementing innovative solutions for continuous improvement.
Strong sense of accountability and commitment to client satisfaction.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Must be based in or willing to relocate to Portland, VIC or surrounding areas.
