HSE Advisor
Papua, Indonesia (Rotation Schedule)
- Hold a bachelor’s degree (at minimum) in discipline of Engineering or Science or a recognized field related to HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, Environment).
- Minimum 6 years of working experience in oil & gas production OR petrochemical facility; AND minimum 3 years working in HSSE discipline in oil & gas production OR petrochemical facility.
- At minimum, have a valid AK3 Umum certification. Preferably to have the following certifications: AK3 Migas, Incident Investigation, human performance, E&SR qualification, Crisis and emergency response, and/or have NEBOSH Certificate General and NEBOSH Oil and Gas or equivalent/or working towards completion of Technical/Graduate/Chartered Member of Institution of Occupational Safety & Health (IOSH).
- Must have a formal and documented experiences (attached in CV) in leading or conducting a hazard analysis and risk assessment in oil & gas or petrochemical facilities highlighting that at minimum contains:
- The scope of work.
- The role.
- Method being used (e.g., HAZID/ HAZOP/ JSA/ TRAWhat-if/ Bowtie);
- Hazards identification and initial risk.
- The control measure identification.
- Residual risk.
- Must have a formal and documented experiences (attached in CV) in leading or participating in an Incident investigation highlighting that at minimum contains:
- The classification of the incident and rationale for its potential severity.
- The methodology used for the investigation.
- The process of evidence gathering.
- The root cause analysis process.
- The structure and content of the investigation report.
- The development of follow-up corrective and preventive actions.
- Have in-depth understanding of HSE regulatory requirements and international standards (e.g., IFC, ISO 14001, OHSAS/ISO 45001).
- Have experience supporting HSE during pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, operations readiness or Project-to-Operations handover phases of LNG, or petrochemical, or energy projects.
