We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in instrumentation, automation, and industrial control systems.
The role involves managing compliance and modernisation projects for Combined Cycle Gas Turbine power plants, focusing on Digital Control Systems and PLC architectures.
Responsibilities:
- Lead preliminary studies and define target architectures for control systems.
- Finalise specifications and tender documents for engineering phases.
- Coordinate with engineering firms, production sites, technical teams, and manufacturers.
- Benchmark actions taken by other operators in Europe.
- Manage project documentation, including strategy, reports, and planning.
- Oversee tendering and execution phases for detailed engineering and implementation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Project Manager in instrumentation, automation, and control/safety systems.
- Expertise in DCS and PLC systems. Siemens, ABB, GE, Ansaldo.
- Strong knowledge of IEC 61508/61511 standards and cybersecurity compliance.
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
