Airswift is seeking a Solar Repower Project Manager to lead and manage all pre-construction activities for utility-scale solar repower projects. This role ensures projects are properly planned, permitted, and ready for execution while maintaining safety, quality, cost, and schedule objectives.
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field.
5+ years of experience in utility-scale renewable energy pre-construction project management or engineering.
Experience with utility interconnection processes and solar construction.
Strong project management fundamentals: scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
Proficiency in Excel and project management software.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
PMP certification preferred.
Role Responsibilities:
Lead pre-construction project teams from development handoff to execution turnover.
Oversee engineering design across electrical, civil, structural, and mechanical disciplines.
Manage permitting, regulatory compliance, and interconnection coordination.
Support procurement, vendor qualification, and contract negotiations.
Monitor budgets, financial reporting, and project readiness.
Coordinate stakeholder communications and milestone reviews.
