Role Overview
- Project Engineering: Finalize project design & scope, ensuring compliance with company standards and risk mitigation.
- Develop Requests for Proposals: Evaluate consultant qualifications as required.
- Confirm Engineering Documentation: Ensure proper documentation is developed for project execution.
- Facilitate Design Reviews: Engage with stakeholders and manage change effectively.
- Review Operational Plans: Assess isolation plans and inspection/test plans for critical operations.
- Address Safety Concerns: Implement engineering practices to enhance safety and operability.
- Project Execution: Provide input into regional operating and capital projects.
- Resource Management: Determine resource requirements and identify key stakeholders.
- Execution Schedule Development: Identify milestones and align execution with outages.
- Risk Identification: Develop mitigation plans and finalize permits/regulatory applications.
- Resource Selection: Lead the selection of resources to accomplish project scope.
- Budget Management: Manage project budgets and communicate forecasts.
- Collaboration: Work with regional personnel and contractors to ensure safe and timely project execution.
- Documentation Quality Assurance: Ensure technical records are produced in accordance with company standards.
- Asset Compliance: Ensure constructed assets meet operational requirements.
- Invoice Processing: Ensure all project invoices are processed and work orders closed.
- Project Closure: Complete all aspects of project closure per company standards.

Education & Experience

- Experience: 4 or more years of related experience in pipeline maintenance and construction.
