Responsibilities:
Procurement & Supply Chain Management:
Develop and implement the project procurement strategy aligned with project execution plans.
Manage procurement of long-lead items, bulk materials, packages, and services
Prepare and control procurement schedules, ensuring alignment with project milestones.
Lead tendering, bid evaluation, contract award, and purchase order execution
Ensure compliance with company procedures, HSE, QA/QC, and ethical standards.
Vendor & Contract Management:
Prequalify, evaluate, and manage suppliers and subcontractors.
Lead commercial negotiations and finalize contractual terms.
Manage supplier performance, expediting, inspection, and logistics activities.
Resolve claims, variations, and disputes related to procurement contracts.
Cost & Risk Control:
Control procurement budgets and track commitments and expenditures.
Identify and mitigate procurement and supply chain risks.
Support project cost forecasting and cash flow planning.
Ensure effective management of change orders and variations.
Project & Stakeholder Coordination:
Interface closely with wells, engineering, construction, planning, logistics, QA/QC, and finance teams.
Coordinate with project management on priorities and execution challenges.
Provide regular procurement status reports to project and senior management.
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure adherence to group procedures, PSA regulations, local content, customs, and other regulatory requirements as required.
Maintain accurate procurement documentation and audit trails.
Support internal and external audits as required.

Required experience and qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
10+ years of procurement experience, including min 5 years of senior leadership
Strong experience in wells contracting.
Proven knowledge of contract types (LSTK, reimbursable, unit rate, frame agreements).
Familiarity with international suppliers and logistics.
CIPS or equivalent supply chain certification
PMP or project management certification (preferred ).
