PSYCHOLOGIST (Mandarin Speaker)

(National - Site Based)

Some of your duties will include:

Psychologist is responsible for assessing employees and affiliates, identifying, preventing and solving individual and organizational adjustment problems, optimizing work/life balance for individuals and organizations, and providing psychological consultation and training to operational personnel.

  • Implement and conduct periodic reviews of applicable mental health procedures.

  • Cooperate with various parties to implement mental health programs. Both for preventive programs, promotions, as well as for curative programs.

  • Provide personal counselling in accordance with applicable procedures for employees who need it as one of the assistance or mental approaches to improve work welfare and productivity.

  • Coordinate with the medical team in carrying out follow-up or in the healing process of employees.

  • Cooperate and monitor programs that involve other parties in realizing physically and mentally healthy employees.

  • Ensure that mental health procedures run in accordance with professional ethical standards

  • Establish effective client relationships to provide optimal client solutions

  • Manage the development of innovative human capital research projects

  • Other duties as assigned.

What skills and experience do you need?

  • Master degree of Psychology with licensed of psychologist (Major in Adult clinical Psychologist)

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in psychological assessment & employee counselling.

  • Skills in Counselling, therapy & coaching. Preferred or specialized in Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, NLP, Timeline Therapy, Micro expression & emotions (ESAC) by Paul Ekman

  • In-depth knowledge of clinical psychology, psychopathology, diagnostic criteria (DSM-5), and therapeutic techniques.

  • Strong understanding of workplace mental health, stress and burnout, and their implications on employee performance.

  • Familiarity with mental health regulations and occupational health policies in Indonesia

  • Mandarin and English language is a must
