Position: Permit Office Coordinator (PTW Coordinator)
Location: Perth (primarily offshore)
Indicative Term of Contract: 3-4 months
Working Arrangement: 3 weeks on/ 3 weeks off
The Permit Office Coordinator reports to the Production Area Team Leader and is responsible for:
Acting as the Permit Issuer and issuing all permits as directed and approved by the Area Lead Technicians
Managing the review of EPIs before the due date
Preparation of isolation packs
Management of Personal Gas Monitors (e.g., ensuring bump tests before each use and calibration as required)
Archiving of all wet inked documentation
Managing tag printers (ribbons, etc.), tag stock levels, and all associated isolation hardware
Suspension of all Risk Level permits (excluding permits requiring De-Isolate for Test)
