Role: Project QHSE Engineer (Offshore)

Rotation: 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project QHSE Engineer to join an offshore team and provide on-site QHSE support throughout the project lifecycle. The role involves ensuring compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental standards and supporting safe project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and maintain QHSE reporting, KPI tracking, and communication with project teams.
- Participate in meetings, toolbox talks, and QHSE briefings.
- Ensure correct implementation of QHSE documentation and procedures.
- Conduct inspections on vessels and offshore sites, ensuring follow-up and closure of findings.
- Promote safety engagement and manage SHOC cards.
- Support incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
Requirements:
- MSc in Civil, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering OR Safety Engineering / Prevention Advisor Level 1, or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with offshore construction processes and QHSE regulations.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
Mandatory Certifications:
- Valid GWO certificates (BST + relevant modules).
- Valid Offshore Medical (OGUK or equivalent).
