Join us in shaping the future of investment technology! As a Quality Architect, you will play a pivotal role in developing an innovative, AI-driven investment ecosystem for our fintech client. This is your opportunity to lead quality assurance efforts in a groundbreaking project that aims to redefine investment decision-making with intelligent solutions.

Role Overview

  • Identify & Capture Quality Attributes: Collaborate with architects to identify Architecture Significant Requirements (ASRs) and document testability requirements for each architectural component.
  • Design Provable Constructs: Work with architects to make architectural decisions testable and define verification strategies for microservices, graph queries, AI agents, and data pipelines.
  • Build QA Capability: Assemble people, processes, and technology stack to prove system behavior and establish test automation frameworks across various data layers.
  • Lead Proving Team: Manage the quality engineering team, coordinate testing activities, and prioritize testing efforts based on risk and business value.
  • Drive Remediation: Facilitate resolution of quality failures while balancing speed and quality in production deployments.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Automation Anywhere: Proficiency in automation tools for quality assurance.
  • Quality Assurance: Strong background in QA methodologies and practices.
  • Django: Familiarity with Django framework for web applications (optional).
  • React: Experience with React for frontend development (optional).
  • REST APIs: Understanding of RESTful services for backend integration (optional).
  • Neo4j: Knowledge of graph databases and query validation (optional).
  • GitHub Actions: Experience with CI/CD tools for automated testing (optional).
  • Kubernetes: Understanding of container orchestration for deployment (optional).
  • Playwright: Familiarity with Playwright for end-to-end UI testing (optional).

Education & Experience

  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in Quality Assurance or Automation are advantageous.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in quality architecture, preferably within the financial domain.
