Job Title:
Quality Change Management Agent

This Quality Change Management Agent is responsible for leading and supporting organizational change initiatives related to Quality Management, maintenance practices, procurement and warehousing integration, and contractor engagement programs across industrial environments. This role acts as a key liaison between leadership, functional teams, and field organizations to ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, and standards. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and facilitator who can drive change, identify training needs, move multiple fronts simultaneously, and ensure quality initiatives are effectively implemented and sustained.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead and support organizational change with the implementation of Quality Assurance, Control and Surveillance, in a soon to be operational LNG Export facility, ensuring alignment, with business objectives and operational priorities.

-Act as a change agent, working across multiple departments to drive adoption of new quality programs, tools, and processes.

-Collaborate with leadership, functional teams, subcontractors, and field personnel to support change implementation and address resistance.

-Develop, update, and deliver job aids and documentation, identify training materials, to support consistent and effective adoption of change initiatives.

-Assess the current state of processes and documentation, identify gaps, and support full implementation of standardized practices.

-Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and related governance frameworks.

-Monitor progress of change initiatives, gather feedback, and recommend adjustments to improve effectiveness and sustainability.

-Promote best practices related to quality, compliance, and operational excellence across the organization.

-Support cross-functional communication and ensure stakeholders remain informed throughout the change lifecycle.

-Perform additional duties as required to support organizational objectives.

Required Skills & Experience:

-Proven experience in change management, organizational transformation, or process improvement roles.

-Working knowledge of quality practices within industrial, energy, or infrastructure environments.

-Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and documentation standards.

-Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, management, and subcontractors.

-Ability to develop and deliver job aids and change communications. Identify future needs for training materials and provide draft phase recommendations.

-Experience in Oil & Gas, LNG terminals, pipeline operations, petrochemical, or heavy industrial environments is preferred.

-Experience with maintenance reliability practices and SAP is a plus.

-10+ years of relevant industry experience is preferred, but flexibility may be applied based on overall expertise.

-Quality certifications (API, ASME, or similar) are beneficial but not required.

-Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

-Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
