• Procedure Adherence: Monitor execution of I&C field work to ensure compliance with approved procedures, industry standards, and company practices. Support the development and revision of procedures related to instrumentation and controls quality.
• Deficiency Tracking: Identify and document workmanship issues or deviations from standards. Raise punch items or NCRs when required and support the resolution of issues both onsite and at vendor facilities.
• Cross Functional Support: Work closely with Engineering, Maintenance, Operations, Planning, and Reliability to ensure instrumentation and controls quality throughout the work lifecycle. Serve as a technical liaison for QA support across all units.
• Continuous Improvement: Provide recommendations for improving inspection practices, documentation quality, vendor performance, and instrumentation work execution based on field observations and supplier findings.
