Regional Marketing Manager (Medical Technology)

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives across the APAC region, spanning 20 diverse markets. This role will drive portfolio growth, market research, and customer engagement while working closely with global and regional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies backed by data and aligned with global objectives.
  • Conduct market segmentation, value-based pricing, and monitor competitive landscape.
  • Plan and execute new product launches, improvement strategies, and promotional campaigns.
  • Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), support sales through customer visits, and craft persuasive product narratives.
  • Organize promotional events, educational sessions, and budgeting activities.
  • Collaborate with subsidiaries and channel partners on annual sales targets, workshops, conferences, and exhibitions.
  • Continuously update product lifecycle and marketing information to relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure sales teams are equipped with product knowledge and marketing materials.

Requirements:

  • Degree in healthcare, life sciences, or related field.
  • 5–7 years’ experience in IVD product marketing; channel partner experience preferred.
  • Proven technical and scientific knowledge across oncology, metabolic, and infectious diseases
  • Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and organizational skills
