Airswift is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to work in a permanent position in Argentina for a global leader in industrial dry ice blasting, surface preparation, and industrial painting services company.

This role is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market reach, and managing relationships with key accounts in the assigned country. This professional will combine business development, client engagement, and project support to ensure an outstanding customer experience and sustained revenue growth.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute a country-level sales strategy aligned with regional growth goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the power generation and industrial sectors.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Manage proposal development, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, site visits, and industry trade shows.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.

Qualifications
• Required:
o 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in industrial services or technical environments.
o Experience with Power Plants.
o Willingness to travel.
• Preferred:
o Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field.
o Experience with CRM systems and consultative selling.
o Knowledge of HRSG and Termal Engineering
