Airswift is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to work on a permanent contract in Mexico, with a company in deep cleaning of HRSG™, surface preparation and industrial coatings, serving the power generation and industrial markets worldwide.

The client is looking for someone with experience in the power sector, preferably with a background in thermal engineering and HRSG (Heat Recovery Steam Generators).

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market reach, and managing relationships with key accounts in their assigned country. This role combines business development, client engagement, and project support to ensure outstanding customer experience and revenue growth.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute a country-level sales strategy aligned with regional growth goals.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in power generation and industrial sectors.

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.

 Manage proposal development, pricing discussions, and negotiations.

Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients.

Build strong, long-term relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.

Provide feedback to leadership on territory challenges and growth potential

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

The client is looking for someone with experience in the power sector, preferably with a background in thermal engineering and HRSG (Heat Recovery Steam Generators).

Experience in B2B sales or business development in industrial services or technical environments.

Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Availability to travel frequently within Mexico.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

Experience with CRM systems and consultative selling.
