Reporting to a highly energetic, approachable and proven commercial leader. The successful Repair Sales Manager is responsible to drive sales and promotion of in-house repair capabilities. Work closely with technical and commercial teams to develop new repair solutions and ensure customer satisfaction through timely delivery and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to RFQs and prepare competitive proposals.
- Review and approve repair quotations to meet margin targets.
- Support negotiations for long-term customer agreements.
- Identify new business opportunities and prepare marketing pitches.
- Gather market intelligence on competitors and pricing.
- Coordinate repair activities with internal teams to meet TAT and SLA targets.
- Monitor inventory and parts procurement for repair programs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in aviation repair sales.
- Engineering/technical background is a plus.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to multitask.
- Self-motivated with strong business acumen, customer oriented, and culturally adaptable.
