About the Project

The role is part of the Absheron Conventional Gas & Condensates Project, located offshore Azerbaijan in the Caspian Sea. The development includes offshore production facilities tied back to a new onshore Central Processing Facility (CPF) designed to handle 450 MMscfd of gas and 38,000 b/d of condensate. The project supports both local gas needs and exports via the South Caucasus Pipeline, with condensate routed to the Sangachal Terminal.


MISSIONS / SERVICE DIMENSIONS

The service holder will support the project in all reporting and risk management activities across project execution phases, including:

  • Collecting and consolidating inputs from project departments and Packages to produce internal and external reports.

  • Managing and updating project risk registers and contributing to the risk management process.

  • Participating in project meetings and preparing Minutes of Meeting.

  • Supporting updates to project reporting and risk procedures.

  • Contributing to project presentations and maintaining communication platforms (e.g., SharePoint).


KEY ACTIVITIES

HSE Responsibilities

  • Complete all mandatory HSE trainings as defined by the project.

  • Fully comply with site HSE and security requirements; maintain continuous awareness of surroundings and hazards.

  • Report anomalies using site systems and apply the

  • Ensure PCM QMS procedures are up to date and teams are appropriately trained.


General Responsibilities

  • Promote a strong safety culture and lead by example.

  • Ensure safe, ethical, and compliant work practices across activities.

  • Guarantee the application of companys referential, state?of?the?art standards, and local regulations.

  • Anticipate needs and proactively support project priorities.

  • Work in line with One companys  values, fostering collaboration and motivation.

  • Encourage innovation while ensuring “good enough” project execution.

  • Maintain cost awareness without compromising QHSE performance.

  • Keep the PCM Manager and relevant parties informed of activity progress.


Reporting Activities

Ensure timely production and distribution of:

  • Fiche Projet (to PJC)

  • Internal Weekly Report (to TEPAb and PJC)

  • External Weekly Report (to Partners: SOCAR, ADNOC)

  • Summary Monthly Report (to PJC)

  • Monthly Report (to TEPAb Management, PJC, Partners)

  • Project Close-out / REX reports

Also:

  • Prepare and distribute Minutes of Meeting for all Absheron Project weekly meetings.

  • Support updates to the project reporting procedure.

  • Contribute to project presentations.

  • Produce and update KPIs and dashboards.

  • Maintain SharePoint platforms for communication.


Risk Management Activities

  • Enforce the Project Risk Management System.

  • Control, promote, and follow up on the application of risk management processes.

  • Update and consolidate the Project Risk Register and risk sheets.

  • Define and apply risk-related plans and procedures.

  • Develop and communicate indicators and statistics evaluating project risk exposure.

  • Validate new risks introduced into the system.

  • Support quarterly risk reviews (Project and Package levels).

  • Organize risk identification sessions and review CTR risk management plans.

  • Promote the use of PIMS across the project.

  • Support Lessons Learned, Close-out, and capitalization activities within the CONTL department.


TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

The service holder must:

  • Deliver the service in alignment with approved planning and budgets.

  • Maintain strong relationships with all Project Departments and Packages.

  • Work transversally and collaboratively within a positive team environment.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Operate professionally in English.
