An experienced Reservoir Engineer with 5+ years of unconventional onshore expertise, specializing in optimizing shale and tight formations (Haynesville, Eagle Ford, Marcellus/Utica) through advanced modeling, reserve estimation, and field development. Skilled in leveraging data analytics for strategic decisions and economic evaluations across acquisitions, drilling, workovers, and recompletions.

Well spacing, lateral length optimization, and parent/child well impact studies
Completion design optimization and depletion analysis

The Position:
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to evaluate well location, spacing, completion parameters, CAPEX/OPEX, and design considerations across unconventional basins.
Perform economic evaluations for acquisitions, drilling, and recompletion opportunities.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and reserves reporting processes.
Provide reservoir engineering support for base producing wells using DCA and RTA/PTA techniques.
Assist in M&A evaluations and documentation for investment approvals.
Prepare technical reports, presentations, and project updates for internal and external stakeholders.
Conduct lookback analyses to identify lessons learned and improve future activities.
Benchmark competitor development plans and incorporate findings into long-term strategies.
Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in unconventional reservoir engineering.
