Rotating Equipment Engineer
Join our dynamic team as a Rotating Equipment Engineer, where you will play a pivotal role in the energy sector, contributing to innovative projects that shape the future of rotating machinery. This is an exciting opportunity to work in Nanterre, France, on high-impact EPC and FEED contracts, collaborating with industry leaders to enhance operational efficiency and reliability.
Role Overview
Review and understand the contract to ensure compliance and clarity.
Prepare specifications, datasheets, and requests for quotation for rotating equipment.
Review vendor offers, organize clarification meetings, and prepare the Technical Bid Tabulation (TBT).
Prepare purchase documentation to facilitate procurement processes.
Comment on Vendor documentation to ensure alignment with project requirements.
Participate in testing to validate equipment performance and compliance.
Skills & Qualifications
Confirmed expertise as a rotating machinery engineer.
Knowledge of equipment including centrifugal and reciprocating compressors, pumps, gas turbines, and steam turbines.
Mastery of API 617 and API 616 standards.
Fluent in professional English, particularly for supplier communication.
Ability to produce technical reports for effective communication with stakeholders.
Education & Experience
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Certifications: Relevant certifications in rotating equipment engineering are advantageous.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in rotating equipment engineering within EPC or FEED projects.
