Rotating Equipment Engineer

Join our dynamic team as a Rotating Equipment Engineer, where you will play a pivotal role in the energy sector, contributing to innovative projects that shape the future of rotating machinery. This is an exciting opportunity to work in Nanterre, France, on high-impact EPC and FEED contracts, collaborating with industry leaders to enhance operational efficiency and reliability.

Role Overview

  • Review and understand the contract to ensure compliance and clarity.

  • Prepare specifications, datasheets, and requests for quotation for rotating equipment.

  • Review vendor offers, organize clarification meetings, and prepare the Technical Bid Tabulation (TBT).

  • Prepare purchase documentation to facilitate procurement processes.

  • Comment on Vendor documentation to ensure alignment with project requirements.

  • Participate in testing to validate equipment performance and compliance.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Confirmed expertise as a rotating machinery engineer.

  • Knowledge of equipment including centrifugal and reciprocating compressors, pumps, gas turbines, and steam turbines.

  • Mastery of API 617 and API 616 standards.

  • Fluent in professional English, particularly for supplier communication.

  • Ability to produce technical reports for effective communication with stakeholders.

Education & Experience

  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in rotating equipment engineering are advantageous.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in rotating equipment engineering within EPC or FEED projects.
