Regional Sales Manager, MedTech

We are partnering with a global medical technology company known for delivering advanced treatment systems, high-end capital equipment and integrated software solutions. Thecompany is expanding across the ASEAN region and is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive commercial growth and channel performance.
Role Overview
The Sales Manager will lead market development, manage indirect channel partners, and convert regional opportunities into revenue. This role covers the full sales cycle from market analysis to deal closure and requires strong experience in capital equipment sales within the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue, growth, and profitability targets across ASEAN.
- Lead and manage distributor/channel partner performance, including coaching, optimisation, and contract management.
- Support channel partners with product positioning, competitive analysis, and customer engagement.
- Build strong relationships with key accounts and clinical stakeholders
- Conduct territorial assessments to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Maintain deep product knowledge and represent the company at regional exhibitions and conferences.
- Produce accurate sales forecasts, business plans, and CRM reporting.
- Collaborate with cross?functional international teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 5-10 years sales experience in the medical device sector
- Proven success managing indirect channels and achieving/exceeding sales targets across the region
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex technology to clinical audiences.
- Expertise in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales reporting.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and contract management capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel frequently across the region
