Our client is currently looking for a Sales Support Coordinator - Receptionist to work in a full-time, perm position in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania.
Responsibilities
- Manage front-of-office operations: answering calls, greeting visitors, and general office coordination
- Maintain office facilities, equipment, supplies, and marketing materials
- Provide administrative support across departments, including document control, filing, and meeting minutes
- Support Sales with CRM management, quotations, tenders, pricing, supplier coordination, and follow-ups
- Develop and maintain sales tracking, KPIs, reports, and CRM data accuracy
- Prepare quotations, presentations, shipping documents, PFIs, and packing lists
- Coordinate travel, inspections, events, printing, and networking activities
- Manage supplier databases, vendor applications, and lead tracking
- Support marketing initiatives, email campaigns, events, and competitor monitoring
- Ensure smooth internal processes and coordination between departments
Requirements
- Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience using CRM systems and supporting sales processes
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- High attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
- Confidence interacting with internal and external stakeholders
- Valid driver’s license preferred
