Airswift is seeking a Land Scanning/Indexing Specialist to support a major client in the Unconventional Land
Department. This position plays a key role in the handling, scanning, indexing, and routing of physical and electronic
documents essential to land operations. The role ensures accurate document management, quality control, digital
conversion, and compliance with internal processes.
Responsibilities
Process incoming physical documents received via mail and interdepartmental delivery.
Prepare physical documents for scanning, including organizing, removing staples, and ensuring document readiness.
Scan physical documents and ensure clear, high?quality digital images.
Perform indexing, routing, and quality assurance checks on digital files after scanning.
Electronically route documents through the enterprise content management (ECM) system.
Prepare, process, digitize, route, track, and archive physical land-related documents.
Route, track, and index digital documents within ECM systems.
Identify legacy data and use internal/external databases for verification.
Work closely with Land and Land Services teams when processing documents.
Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to resolve moderate-scope issues using general business/industry knowledge.
Ability to search and identify legacy or missing digital data.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of the Standard Design Process.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
