We’re seeking a Senior Land Advisor & Right-of-Way to provide expert support for pipeline and facility operations. This is a role for a professional who thrives in stakeholder engagement, excels at negotiations, and brings strong technical knowledge of land management and regulatory compliance.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in right-of-way or land management roles
- Proven ability to negotiate and settle agreements with landowners and public agencies
- Strong communication skills for building relationships with landowners, tenants, and regulators
- Ability to interpret legal plans, titles, deeds, and engineering drawings
- Proficiency in GIS systems, land databases, and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for field visits
Role Overview
- Act as the primary contact for landowners on or near pipeline easements and facilities
- Lead negotiations and settlements for ROW matters with landowners and agencies
- Manage and document land-related issues, including acquisition and disposal of land rights
- Interface with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance and support permitting processes
- Mitigate environmental impacts and maintain positive public relations
- Balance office-based tasks with field visits to meet stakeholders and inspect ROW sites
