Join our dynamic team as a Senior Asset Integrity Management System Specialist Coordinator in the heart of Paris, France! This is an exciting opportunity to lead and ensure the integrity of assets in the oil and gas industry, where your expertise will play a crucial role in maintaining safety and reliability across operations.
Role Overview
- Support the AIMS Manager to deliver O&M Services, ensuring technical delivery of Inspection and AIMS.
- Assist with the implementation of AIMS Risk Management Processes aligned to client standards.
- Manage work readiness assessments to comply with AIMS requirements.
- Ensure timely and safe execution of work, categorizing all findings in compliance with AIMS.
- Provide technical leadership to inspection engineers and coordinators, monitoring their performance.
- Proactively manage interfaces with other functions and maintain contact with offshore teams.
- Oversee inspection/integrity input for plant shutdowns or outages.
- Supervise the compilation of SOW for Routine and Non-Routine Dossiers for AIMS activities.
- Select cost-effective non-invasive techniques for safe operations.
- Ensure effective data management within IDMS and CMMS.
- Endorse reports for accuracy and clarity, managing anomaly processes.
- Lead meetings and reviews related to Risk Based Assessment, Shutdowns, and Anomalies.
- Support audits and carry out periodic site audits as required.
- Assist in producing reports for technical and performance management.
Skills & Qualifications
- Inspection expertise: Strong background in asset integrity management and inspection methodologies.
- RBA/RBI Assessment: Proficient in Risk-Based Assessment and Implementation.
- Fitness for Service: Knowledgeable in API 579 standards.
- NDT Qualifications: Familiarity with PCM, ASNT systems, and various NDT methods.
- Anomaly Management: Skilled in anomaly assessment management and prioritization.
- Risk Management: Experience in risk assessment and management practices.
- Corrosion Engineering: In-depth understanding of corrosion engineering principles.
- Process Chemistry: Knowledgeable in process chemistry relevant to asset integrity.
- Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and assess team competencies.
- Technical English: High proficiency in technical English communication.
- Computer Literacy: Strong computer skills, particularly with IDMS and CMMS.
Education & Experience
- Qualifications: B Eng Degree or similar, Incorporated Engineer status preferred.
- Certifications: API 510, API 570, API 579 or equivalent FFS experience, ASME or CSWIP Plant Inspector Level 2 certification.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of direct Senior Integrity Engineer experience, including 5 years in FPSO environments.
