Senior Business Development Manager, Air & Sea Freight
Job Description
- Establish and develop new business with potential customers in the assigned territory/sectors and with assigned/named target customers.
- Carry out sales calls sales visits in accordance with KPI in assigned territory/Sectors and report all visiting reports in Sales system (MS Dynamics) timely.
- Work on GP & Volume projection and long/short term action plan to achieve target
- Execute sales process - pipeline management (sales cycles reporting in Sales CRM system).
- Provide client and target information, maintenance of Customer Relationship Management System (MSD).
- Collaborate closely with internal sales resources/experts: Vertical Managers, Trade Lane Manager, and product teams to maximize closing ratio.
- Achieve monthly productivity target as per agreed.
- Assure successful client integration: implementation collaboration with operation teams.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 10 years' experience in 3PL in similar function
- Strong networking skills within Air & Sea Freight industry
- Self-motivated and self-disciplined
- Ability to manage cross-functional interfaces.
- Self-management (Planning, Organizing & Goal Setting, Execution)
- Good interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
