Airswift is searching for a Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) to join a multinational group on a permanent basis.
We are looking for a highly analytical finance professional to support strategic decision?making across the organization through advanced financial modeling, forecasting, performance analysis, and executive?level reporting. The role will also support investment evaluations, risk assessments, and ensure alignment with IFRS and internal governance standards.
?Port of Spain, Trinidad & Tobago
? Only candidates currently based in Trinidad will be considered.
Requirements:
? Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred)
? Professional certifications such as ACCA, CFA, CPA, or CIMA (strong asset)
? 5+ years of experience in FP&A or Corporate Finance
? Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
? Experience with ERP systems and BI tools (preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long?range planning processes
- Build and maintain advanced financial and valuation models
- Analyze performance trends and business drivers
- Prepare senior?level presentations and financial reports
- Support due diligence, investments, and risk assessments
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal controls
- Review analytical work from peers and junior analysts
