Role Purpose:
Initiate & deliver proposals. Clearly define well objectives and deliver conceptual well designs, programs and plans that meet them. Align the organization around key objectives and support operational decision making with critical analysis and advice.
Experience:
- 10+ years of both project phase & operational experience within the Upstream oil & gas industry as a Geoscientist
- Experience of working in integrated subsurface teams, well planning with a strong operational focus, and initiating/maintaining subsurface models.
- Strong field development experience, including Development Plan preparation
- Experience in resource management from volumetric assessment to business planning and reserves reporting.
- Well planning & drilling experience, having experienced wells through the full life cycle from Model through to End of well report.
