Position Overview
This position requires a senior-level professional with deep experience in communication and project management, offering a strategic and hands-on approach within a major energy infrastructure group. The opportunity combines responsibility for managing a new intranet project and advancing internal communications for a large, international organization dedicated to sustainable energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Oversee development and implementation of a new group intranet in collaboration with Internal Communications management.
- Act as the main stakeholder contact from concept through to deployment using the existing vision document as a foundation.
- Drive user-friendly, future-proof solutions aligned with business requirements.
Internal Communication Partnering
- Act as the communication partner for an assigned division, aligning communications with divisional and corporate objectives.
- Design and execute annual communication plans and ensure tailored messaging for projects across the organization.
- Develop and deliver ad hoc communications to support employee experience and well-being.
Strategic Alignment & Transformation
- Translate strategic business priorities into compelling narratives that drive understanding and engagement for employees.
- Lead storytelling and dialogue initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging around the company’s transformation and organizational model.
- Communicate evolving strategies and share stories that unite the workforce around a common vision.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Foster a positive, collaborative team environment and support shared learning within the Internal Communications function.
- Promote the adoption of AI and innovative communication approaches throughout the team and broader organization.
- Actively contribute to strengthening communication capabilities and continuous quality enhancement.
Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant professional experience in communications, with substantial exposure to internal communications environments.
- Proven project management experience; work on intranet projects is considered beneficial.
- Demonstrated track record in managing stakeholders and delivering complex communications initiatives in large organizations.
