Key Responsibilities:
? Prepares procurement packages including the finalization of terms and conditions, coordination and consolidation of tendering and contract exhibits from internal stakeholders, and the development of evaluation criteria to enable robust tendering and fair comparison of bids. Also accountable for the technical and commercial evaluation of bids for package(s) within the project/asset and ensures evaluation outcomes align with project risk appetite and corporate governance.
? Negotiates contractor scope, commercial terms and interfaces, and prepares clear contract documentation that supports execution and payment processes.
? Monitors contractor performance and compliance to contractual obligations and coordinates resolution of day-to-day commercial issues with project counterparts.
? Ensures that warranty requirements and bank guarantees are secured and controlled, and that closeout deliverables are completed to support final account settlements.
? Mentors and supports Senior Engineers and Engineers assigned to the packages to ensure consistent subcontract administration across the project
EXPERIENCE
? Minimum 11 years of relevant experience in subcontracting or commercial roles.
? Track record of managing multiple high-value packages within complex offshore projects and has experience in supplier negotiation and post-award contract management.
? Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
? Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
? High attention to detail and commitment to compliance and documentation accuracy.
