Job Purpose:
• Developing, implementing, and coordinating maintenance management strategies and execution readiness for static and rotating equipment, utility systems, and supporting packages during the project execution phase. The role ensures maintenance philosophies, plans, and data are properly defined, validated, and integrated into the CMMS in alignment with company standards.
Responsibilities:
• Act as the focal point for maintenance engineering during the project execution phase.
• Prepare scope of work (SOW) and engage maintenance engineering consultants.
• Lead tendering activities including MSQ and RFQ processes.
• Participate in review of DDE deliverables and risk-based reviews (HAZID, HAZOP, Bowtie, RBI, FMECA).
• Review design changes, MOC documents, engineering studies, and yard issues.
• Lead and coordinate maintenance data preparation (asset hierarchy, criticality analysis, SCE tagging).
• Review and validate maintenance strategy and plan.
• Review and validate spare part identification.
• Oversee configuration and testing of CMMS data templates.
• Align maintenance task plans with operational workflows.
Requirements
• Open for Malaysian only
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Marine, Electrical, Instrumentation). Master's is an advantage.
• Minimum 6 years oil & gas, 8 years relevant.
• Strong preference for FPSO/FSO.
• Track record in AIM projects including RBI, RCM, CMMS.
• Hands-on FPSO/FSO operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance standards and practices.
• Proficiency in CMMS (preferably Maximo).
