Position Summary
Airswift is seeking a Senior Maintenance Planner to join our client’s team in Kwinana. This role is responsible for developing, optimizing, and overseeing maintenance plans across a diverse portfolio, including Tank Turnaround, Routine Maintenance, and Maintenance Capital Projects. The successful candidate will ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective execution of maintenance activities while driving continuous improvement through data analysis and integrated planning processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize maintenance plans for terminal operations, ensuring compliance with HSE and industry standards.
- Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities using CMMS tools.
- Deliver integrated planning processes across projects and maintenance work fronts using long- and short-range scheduling.
- Track and present KPIs such as maintenance backlog, schedule compliance, and cost performance.
- Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with contractors and stakeholders to enhance planning and execution efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in project planning and scheduling within maintenance or construction.
- Proficiency in CMMS (e.g., Maximo, ERP, Primavera) and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance processes.
- Experience in budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and HSE requirements.
