As a Senior Power Platform Expert, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of technology in a vibrant industry, ensuring that citizen developers can create impactful applications that enhance productivity and efficiency.
Role Overview
- Development & Innovation Leader: Design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents while collaborating with business stakeholders to translate their requirements into technical solutions.
- Governance & Standards Advocate: Define and maintain governance policies, security standards, and best practices for Power Platform usage, ensuring compliance with data protection and organizational policies.
- Citizen Developer Enablement Champion: Provide guidance and support to citizen developers across departments, reviewing and approving their apps and flows to ensure quality and compliance.
- Support & Maintenance Specialist: Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing Power Platform solutions while performing regular audits and optimizations of apps, flows, and dashboards.
Skills & Qualifications
- Fluent in English, Dutch, and French—both spoken and written.
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of governance, security, and compliance in Microsoft environments.
- Experience mentoring or supporting citizen developers.
- Proficiency in Dataverse, SharePoint, Azure Logic Apps, and connectors.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Education & Experience
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Certifications: Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-600, PL-400) are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
