Travel to client locations to perform on-site maintenance and repairs.
Ensure that all work performed on-site is of high quality and meets client expectations.

iagnose issues with diesel engines using specialized tools and techniques.
Identify the root cause of engine problems and recommend appropriate repair solutions.
Conduct repairs on engines, including the replacement of faulty components and parts.
Overhaul engines by disassembling, cleaning, inspecting, and reassembling them to restore optimal performance.

rovide technical support and guidance to clients and other team members.
Assist in resolving complex technical issues and provide expertise on challenging repairs.

cumentation and Reporting:

aintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.

repare detailed service reports that document the work performed, parts used, and any recommendations for further action.
Communicate with clients to understand their engine-related issues and provide technical advice.
Adhere to industry regulations and company policies related to safety and environmental standards.
Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Work closely with other service engineers, technicians, and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow.
