Airswift is looking for a Service Supervisor to work in a contractor position in Macaé for an oil and gas company specializing in the supply of subsea equipment.
This professional is responsible for leading the establishment, development, and daily operational readiness of the company. This position will oversee the construction of the unit, the acquisition of tools, equipment, and supplies, and ensure readiness for testing, offshore mobilization, and commissioning of the company's products. This professional will work closely with leadership in the US and Brazil to align processes, standards, and performance expectations with the global operational structure.
It is important to highlight that the company operates in the manufacturing, engineering, installation, and management of cables and umbilicals.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead all aspects of the Macaé unit construction, including site planning, construction coordination, and preparation for commissioning.
Perform administrative functions, such as reviewing daily offshore reports, applying policies, and making offshore decisions. Manage and direct all daily activities of service technicians, both offshore and onshore.
Provide feedback based on offshore activities related to equipment, personnel, clients, and competitors.
Work with internal/external clients and contractors to create a strong and integrated work environment. Assist in the development and implementation of new service execution models aligned with the constantly changing industry landscape.
Oversee the acquisition and installation of all equipment, tools, and systems necessary to support onshore testing, offshore mobilization, and commissioning activities.
Develop and implement operational procedures, maintenance programs, and facility safety protocols in accordance with company standards.
Establish relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage local suppliers to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services.
Coordinate with the company's Engineering, Project Management, and Services teams to ensure operational alignment and readiness for product testing and deployment.
Implement asset management systems, including calibration, certification, and preventive maintenance schedules.
Manage the mobilization and demobilization of company equipment and personnel for offshore campaigns.
Ensure that all activities meet or exceed Brazilian regulatory and environmental requirements, as well as the company's Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) standards.
Provide regular reports to senior management on project progress, facility readiness, operational performance, and budget status.

Higher Education
Strong experience in oil and gas operations, installation of service units or subsea installation environments.
Proven experience in facility construction, operational commissioning or equipment preparation programs.
Prior experience in managing suppliers, contractors and technical personnel in Brazil or similar international environments is desirable.
Solid knowledge of offshore service operations, logistics and mobilization processes.
Advanced English - Required
