Airswift is seeking a capable and well?organised Site Administrator to support project operations in Karratha. This role plays an important part in ensuring smooth day?to?day administration, accurate documentation control, and consistent support to project teams working in a dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to Project Managers and project teams, ensuring timely and accurate assistance across daily activities
  • Maintain and update all relevant project registers, while also managing document formatting and processing to support reporting and compliance requirements 
  • Assist with processing staff expense reimbursements, and support the organisation and delivery of workshops, meetings, and project?related events 
  • Coordinate ordering of stationery, supplies and HSE?related materials to ensure teams have the resources they need on site 
  • Support completions reporting activities and help collate training packs and project documentation to meet internal deadlines 
  • Provide relief coverage for other administrators when needed, ensuring continuity and consistency of administrative support across the project site 

Skills & Experience

  • Practical understanding of project management systems and ability to navigate administrative tools efficiently 
  • Intermediate?level proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook, to support reporting and document preparation needs 
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in an administration role within a fast?paced environment, preferably with exposure to medium or large organisations 
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, alongside effective interpersonal capability when interacting with various stakeholders 
  • Excellent organisational abilities with high attention to detail, supported by strong time?management and problem?solving skills 
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and willingness to work additional hours when required to meet project demands
