Join our dynamic team as a Site Coordinator in the energy sector, where you will play a pivotal role in the construction and maintenance of critical infrastructure. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the energy transition while working on innovative projects across Belgium.

Role Overview

  • Coordinate and oversee E&I and Piping works in the field under the supervision of the Project Leader.
  • Ensure quality control of works, including plans, specifications, and execution methods.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager on commissioning procedures for pipelines and stations.
  • Monitor safety regulations and ensure compliance during excavation of existing pipes and cables.
  • Manage project planning, including intervention deadlines and coordination with internal and external factors.
  • Control project budgets by tracking performance and ensuring adherence to contracts.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to project execution, including orders, equipment receipt, and as-built documentation.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Instrumentation and Electrical systems.
  • Proficient in Dutch and French, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in the E&I domain is a significant asset.
  • Ability to work with digital applications and software effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills with a proactive approach.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project needs.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Electro-Mechanics, Electricity, or a related technical field.
  • Possession of a VCA Diploma 'Safety for Operational Managers' and a certificate of Industrial Emergency Responder (to be obtained within 3 months if not already held).
  • Recent BA5 diploma or willingness to obtain it within 3 months.

Pay & Benefits
